PHOENIX – Today, the McSally for Senate campaign launched a new ad that highlights Mark Kelly’s record of supporting and being supported by liberals who are pushing their radical agenda that includes open borders, abolishing ICE, and denouncing law enforcement.
Art Del Cueto, vice president of the National Border Patrol Council and Arizona border patrol agent, explains why he is speaking out against Mark Kelly. Art warns Arizonans that Kelly will vote with the liberals who want open borders, which would allow drugs and crime to come into our country.

Art Del Cueto: “As the Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, I know how dangerous the radical movement to undermine law enforcement is.
That’s why I’m speaking out against Mark Kelly.
Kelly’s campaign is bankrolled by the liberal mob.
In Washington, Kelly will do whatever the mob wants.
He’s so liberal, he’ll vote with Pelosi and Schumer for open borders.
Bringing more drugs and crime into our country.
Mark Kelly is too liberal for Arizona.”
Background:
- Mark Kelly disrespected our border patrol agents by refusing to shake hands with Art Del Cueto, saying “You’re one of them,” and then lying about it on the debate stage.
- Kelly’s campaign is bankrolled by liberals. He has received millions of dollars in support from Chuck Schumer and liberal Democrat PACs. (AZ Central, 7/17/20)
- Mark Kelly endorsed David Garcia for Arizona Governor in 2018, who supported open borders and agreed with the Abolish ICE ideology.
- Martha McSally is endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council for her strong record of securing our border and supporting the brave law enforcement officials who keep Arizona safe.
